picoPSU-120 is a fully compliant DC-DC ATX PC PSU. It can power VIA mini-ITX boards with C3 or C7 processors, P3, P4, Pentium-M, Core Duo Mobile or Desktop versions and llow power AMD processors.

picoPSU-120 ATX DC-DC converter is very small, measuring just 31x45x20mm, about the size of two AA batteries, picoPSU-120 is also 1U ServerRack compliant.

During this period we will remedy any claim for warranty, either by repair or replacement. The warranty granted is in addition to the statutory rights and does not affect them. Note : picoPSU-120 is not intended for beeing powered directly from a car battery. Instead you can take M3-ATX (same size) or M1-ATX, M2-ATX(-HV), M4-ATX.
Reason : Car battery gives out 9-18VDC, but PicoPSU can only handle 12V +-10% !

Absolut toll - die bei Pico-PSU bisher fehlende zusätzliche 4-pin-Versorgungsleitung. Wenn man schon eine Pico-PSU hat und dann doch wieder mit Strippen hantieren - das wäre nicht so ideal. Und so konnte ich auch auf dem VIA-PC2500-Board erfolgreich die Pico-PSU zur Versorgung einsetzen, und die Leistung reicht ohnehin.

picoPSU ist DIE Lösung für die Stromversorgung kleiner sparsamer Rechnermodule - ich setze sie jetzt nur noch ein. Meine absolute Empfehlung - neben der Einsparung des dicken Motherboard-Stromkabels kommt die Platzersparnis beim Gehäusebau hinzu. Einfach eine tolle Lösung.

Volles Lob für die picoPSU-Lösung, ich setze sie jetzt nicht mehr nur bei Mini-ITX ein, sondern auch bei Rechnerbaugruppen im Haus. Besonderer Vorteile ergeben sich da beim Gehäusebau durch den Wegfall des Motherboard-Stromkabelbündels.

Wiederum überzeugend! Für einen AMD-Wohnzimmer-PC die richtige ruhige Stromversorgung - und trotz meiner Skepsis völlig ausreichend! Allerdings - ein 12-V-Anschluß wäre nicht verkehrt, das spart zusätzliche Adapter.

Kurzfassung: Genial!
Die PicoPSU versorgt hier ein Intel D510MO mit 2 Sata Platten seit ca. 10 Tagen im 24 Stunden Dauerbetrieb. Und das absolut geräuschlos.
Einziger, klitzekleiner, Wehrmutstropfen ist die etwas knapp bemessene Kabellänge, wenn man ein normales MicroATX Gehäuse einsetzt.

Benutze die picoPSU-120 an einem Zotac IONITX-F Motherboard mit zusätzlich eingebauter DVB-S2 PCIe Tevii S470. Der gesamtverbrauch liegt bei unter 25W! SUperleise und hoher Wirkungsgrad!
