iCT is multilangual and already comes with english and german language support. You can download new language confiiguration files on this page and see how you can create an own language configuration.
You also can change the buttons of the On-Screen-Keyboard !

Install language files
Copy the downloaded language file (eg. "sp.ini" into the "lang"-directory
Create own language files
In the "lang"-directory of the iCT-installation you will find the language files. Now make a copy of example the "en.ini" file
Now you can open the file with a text editor (like Wordpad) and simply overwrite the old values.
