CTFPND-1 is a portable, multimedia GPS navigation system with a large 7" digital touchscreen of 480x234 resolution. The device is equipped with a very sensitive GPS module based on SiRFStar III 20 channels chipset. The device also has an integrated FM transmitter/modulator which will enable you to hear all sounds on your car speakers wirelessly.
Multimedia features allow to view movies and photos and to listen to music from the built-in speakers. The device supports all popular multimedia formats. As a memory expansion it uses SD/SDHC cards. Es ist nicht perfekt aber das man vor einer zu niedrigen Brücke steht kommt nicht mehr so oft vor

Absolut enttäuschendes Gerät. Viele Funktionen,die ein Navi meiner Meinung nach nicht braucht.Völliges Versagen beim Navigieren für LKW. Von 4 Brücken mit niedriger Durchfahrtshöhe 3 nicht erkannt, bei der 4. Umleitung über eine für LKW gesperrte Straße gewählt.

hallo, ich bin nicht so zufrieden mit dem navi. begründung: sucht nicht den kürzesten weg, sondern legt die route immer über autobahn. obwohl die einstellungen stimmen. habe höhe 3.4 angegeben und schickt mich uber umwege zum ziel, obwohl das ziel hinter einer 3.8 meter brücke ist.
verwirrende führung über stimme: mal sagt es rechts halten, man muss dann abbiegen oder auf autobahn rechts halten muss aber gerade aus fahren.
dem strassenverlauf folgen: die strasse hat einen rechts und links abbiege pfeil. gerade aus?? wohin??
einordnen zum abbiegen wird auch sehr spät gesagt.
ich persönlich habe mir mehr von dem navi erhofft, als testsieger.
hoffe, dass sich was verbessert mit dem nächsten update.

Also ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen bis dto.nicht anschließen.Auch ich hatte nach dem Reinfall mit VDO Dayton Truck Navigation gehofft und den Worten des Verkäufers vertraut,endlich einmal eine einigermaßen vernünftige Trucknaviation zu besitzen.Da zu dem Gerät kein Handbuch oder eine Bedienungsanleitung geliefert wurde,war der Start einigermaßen erschwerlich.Entäuschend war dann aber,daß das Navi eine Route wählte die für einen Lkw mit 4m Höhe, bedingt durch eine Bahnunterführung mit 2,70 cm nicht zu passieren war.Die erforderlichen Profile waren aktiviert.
Portables Navigationssystem mit großem Display und ansprechender Optik. Die Halterung ist mehrdimensional verstellbar und kann in der Tiefe variiert werden. Bei LKW und KOM hat man oft das Problem von einer weiter entfernten Frontscheibe und somit ist normalerweise auch das Display weiter entfernt. Der Saugnapf hält bombensicher. Die Navigation mit fahrzeugspeziefischen Einstellungen (Breite, Höhe, Länge) funktioniert gut. Nur eine separate KOM-Navigation wäre wünschenswert. Man kann für LKW gesperrte Straßen nicht ausschalten. Weiterhin kann ein auf der Karte gewünschtes Ziel per Fingerdruck nicht übernommen werden. Man muss explizit die Koordinate oder einen Ort/PLZ eingeben.
