Problem with touch function

It works fine to start with but then after approx 5 minutes the touch stops working, but if I disconnect the usb and connect again it works again for about 5 minutes. I can just hit the power button on the screen on and off and it does the same. Any ideas of what to do?? please email henke006@hotmail.com
