Can I use the transflectve screen in PORTRAIT mode (so vertical) ?

My computer has under "graphics" the option to turn the screen to PORTRAIT MODE. Are there any problems to be anticipated if my computer is linked to the transflective screen, which is as well attached in the car in vertical position (for a vertical/portrait picture) ?
