Intel D945GSEJT: No Power Management in Windows XP

Hi all,
I installed Windows XP Pro, all updates, on a 2,5" HDD with the Intel D945GSEJT and its impossible to activate the Power Management Features in Windows.
I can simply shutdown, thats all, no chance to hibernate or suspend.
In the BIOS everything is "on"...
Can you explain why or do you have a hint what to do?

Well, not really
eg. according to MiniTechnet they sucessfully tested the board with S3 (Standby, STR) and S4 (Hibernation, S4) : http://www.minitechnet.de/intel-d945gsejt_3.html
