Hi problem with GPS

I have problem with my HI-204E USB GPS
when i test the gps in microsoft autoroute there I get Gps signal but not in centrafuse. when I start the nav in centrafuse the map come up with gps marker but is red.. I have correkt com-port that are same as Autoroute

We do not sell any Haicom GPS receivers, so we do not know if there are any special settings available for it.

In general you should avoid having more than one application at the same time having access to the COM port of the GPS receiver. This is because access to COM ports is exclusive.
