Hi,
from some days the power supply M4-ATX (purchased 12/10/2009) of my carpc doesn't work in the function P1. (work only in P0 )
This makes me waste a lot of time for tests.
The igniton 12v is good.
Do you have suggestions? Bios upgrade?
Or do I have immediately to send him/it for substitution?
thx

Hi
My first M3-ATX had the same problem.
If the failure is reproduceable I would return it for replacement.
Mine was replaced without problems and works now as expected.

Hi
The M3-ATX was out of stock at that time so I had to wait longer.
But replacement in general is very fast (under 1 week if in stock)
Regards max

We have sent you a M4-ATX, which we have tested before. Can you please check with the manual or the FAQ if you wire it correctly ?
