Hi,
My system is based on "Intel D945GCLF ITX Mainboard with integrated Atom 1.6Ghz" CPU and "CTF400 - VGA 7" TFT - Touchscreen USB - Video - Autodimmer - Audio *new*"
I try CarTFT.com 800x480/1366x768 Intel driver for CTF-Series.
After the driver installation I switch to 800x480 73Hz the error was "signal out of range" ... the next option I set 800x480 61Hz and the image appears to be normal ... but on the left side of the screen appear a blue zone (aprox 5 .. 6 pixels). I try "Auto Adjust" function and manual image position but unsuccessfuly, the dead zone remains there.
I think the "Screen Refresh Rate" should be 60Hz, I`am not sure.
Could somebody tell where I am wrong ?
Please advice.

Yes, I`m Romanian.
800x600 is for 4/3 ratio screens, this screen has 16/9 ratio ... plus 800x480 is the native resolution for CTF400.

I'm using the CTF700 at 800x600 and don't see any problem with the aspect ratio or anything else. I'm pretty satisfied with this resolution.
p.s. pe ce masina folosesti sistemul ?

I will try, but I`m convinced that there is a way to solve this problem and put the correct resolution on this screen.
Anywone !? Please help.

Hi
From muntos:
I'm using the CTF700 at 800x600 and don't see any problem with the aspect ratio or anything else. I'm pretty satisfied with this resolution.
The problem ist that a circle is not a circle if you use a 4/3 ascpect ratio resolution on a
16/9 screen - it will become an "egg"
But on a 7" screen the difference may not be noticable though.
I use a resolution of 1000x600 which ist again 16/9
But back to the problem with the "blue zone"
Is this zone part of the 800 pixels so do you actually see only 795 pixels?

Well I dont know the CTF400 but I guess you can change
the horizontal position and width on the display.
Cant you just move the blue zone out of the visible area?
regards max
