M3 ATX not send the powerOff input

I have tried for the first time today, and it results defective. I explain: in fashions P1 as me use, doesn't send the input of turning off when I disconnect Ignition. I have tried in every configuration, but the PC remains turned on. I have seen that you have sent me a version of M3 upgrade, slightly different as hardware, different inductor, different condenser... has someone had this problem? Hi
