Hello, I recently bought CTF840 touchscreen monitor with USBport from cartft.com, and now I have one USB related problem...
My carputer is baset on Jetway J9F2 Extreme motherboard, on it is connected to CTF840 with original cable. When I connect USB cable from monitor to PC, it autodetects the 'Generic USB Hub' of monitor, and it is working OK (also builtin USB port), but when I try to connect another USB hub to my carputer (Logitech 4Port USB hub), the system cannot recognize the devices connected to it unless I disable the monitor's usb hub (Generic USB Hub) in Device manager.
Looks like the monitor's usb Hub blocks the connections to all other USB ports.
Can you explain, please how to solve this problem? Or how to disable the USB hub feature of the monitor and use only the Additional USB hub?
