Hey, i recently bought the CID700M TFT and fitted it but whenever i start the engine the backlight on it comes on but nothing else happens. When i eject the display the screen is black as well. Im not sure if i have done something wrong or if the unit is faulty but i'd appreciate any help anyone might have.
And i should also probably say im quite new to all this as well.
Thanks
Andy

Hi thanks for the reply.
I have a 93 Vauxhall Corsa
Black ground is connected to ground on car.
Yellow DC + 12V is connected to power 12v.
Red light switch (labelled as ACC) is connected to antenna power on car
Orange power control (labelled as Phone-In) is connected to car light
(i tried the red and orange swapped over but it didnt work at all - no lights turned on)
Only things i havent wired up yet is the reverse wire (not using) and pc power and reset(testing display on laptop before putting pc in car)
Only spare wire on car side of the harness is the memory wire which doesnt have anything to plug into.
Im guessing that the radio features should at least work as long as the power, speakers and aerial are wired up.
Thanks
Andy
