Im planning to install a carpc into my 05 bmw 1series.
I want an in-dash touch screen with built in amp as i only have a single din to play with and dash mounting a screen is not an option where im from.
As far as i know the later bmw's dont have an ignition on wire by the head unit so i would have to source an ignition on wire.
Also im curious as to how suitable thishttp://www.cartft.com/catalog/il/730
would be for my HU replacement aslong as i have the wiring harness adapter for my model of vehicle?
I cannot find any reviews of the HU above so if anybody has any experience with these models i would appreciate any info.
Im not going to fit the carpc myself even though the wiring wouldn't cause a problem im not too positive about
pulling trim off so i will let a pro do it.
