This a pure thermal / mechanical trouble due to a pressure that the bezel is making on the touch screen device panel while inside temperature rises.

You may try to release a little bit the bezel's screws so it supports less pressure and lets the touch screen without pressure on it (this pressure is making it crazy and inconsistent working).

it can be from the temperature difference ? when i start the car maybe inside are 3-5 C and after the climatronik is started ... the temperature is 25-26 C ... can this be a reason ?
what do you mean by "bezel" ? my english is not perfect ..

This is due to screws which are on the back of the screen or due to the plastic box containing the lcd screen which is not mounted loose.

I had same trouble because the screen has been opened and when closed again, screws were too tight.
It was working fine at normal temperature but when cold, seems that plastic was making a pressure on the touch device. Now when i see your mounting i guess that the screen box is under pressure when temperature rises and so is making a pressure on the touch device. Before attempting touche screws, try to simply unmount the screen from the console and check if it works ok. If it works ok then this was due to console making pressure on the screen's box. If still in trouble then consider unscrew a little bit the box to lower pressure. Try again. If still in trouble the this means the screen has probably been dismantled and badly remounted. The electronic board shouldn't press the touch device or the touch device is badly remounted and is pressed by the screen's box. Hope this helps Wink

i went to a specialist to look at it and he said that the bezel cannot be the problem because is not tight ... but he said that i can try to instal a cooler on the back of the display .. to keep it cold ... may this work ? thank you

This makes me laugh....ahem ok sorry.
This can't be in no way the source of your trouble, the sensitive device is supporting a plastic distortion making a pressure on it. It's simple, clear and logical. So as what you described it locates every time the cursor in one corner corresponding to the place where the pressure occurs. Did you ever tried to unmount the screen from the console without touching / unscrewing anything else ?

A second clue could be a too long usb cable making it losing it's signal but this would then make the cursor unstable with a random behaviour. So i keep staying with the idea that the bezel is pressing the touch device. You can make a test, if the touchscreen is experiencing trouble due to bad mounting and unapproriate pressure, if you press it on another place, the cursor should jump suddenly to the place where you press and then return to the place where the mechanical pressure is.

i think the problem is with the long usb cable ...because the cursor is unstable with random behaviour ... now is working .. now is not .. now i press in a spot and the cursor goes 1 cm up that spot ... if this is the reason , it give me no solution ? or is there something i can do ? thank you.

Please give it a try with unmounting the screen from the console not from the bezel then try it at home in a comfortable conditions so you find out which from the console or the bezel is making the pressure.

If it was a fresh new install then ok we could think about usb cable losing signal on the lenght but your trouble seems very near of what i experimented. My issues were due to a little bit distorted bezel due to high pressure screwing and in opposite it was with malfunction when the car was cold inside. Warming inside was releasing the plastic parts and was allowing proper function. Anyway i unscrewed the plastic box enough to allow a little clearance between each plastic part then i screwed again but with a low pressure, the touch device worked fine after that.

Later i had some issues with an usb cable which was damaged (pinched too much) and sometimes was losing completely signal / power but the cursor was completely random jumping everywhere like a crazy.
