Hello! Have anyone had similar problem or know some resolution?
After some time usage of Cubid 3688 case (Morex D12vTODC12v)
and Epia-M (mini ITX) - two motherboard fans does not stop rotating after PC shutdown. To turn them off, I must take off the power cable. And when it is plugged back, fans start rotating, immediately.
(I have tried to reset BIOS, various bios pwr management settings.. could it be motherboard fault?)

i had a similar problem a few years ago with an abit mainboard. after hours looking for the problem i found the problem. there are temperature controlled fans with a 3 line. i got only normal fans or fans which were incompatible to my mainboard. test other fans. i thinks this could be a solution for your problems.

Morex (who manufactures the DC board) suggested, that this is DC board's fault..
