I have a mini-ATX motherboard with AMD Sempron 2600+ processor, 20 GB HD 3,5" and PW-120M 12V DC/DC (200 Watt) power supply. The monitor is MM400 touchpanel TFT.
All works perfectly when I have the computer feeded by ATX power supply but, with the PW-120M 12V DC/DC (200 Watt) feeded with 12 VDC the computer doesn't start. Only the fan of the processor works but neither the processor neither HD works. I have tryed to start without the HD (i read that is better to use HD 2,5" because the 5 VDC) and the processor dosn't start.
Is there anything that I will do bad? I have meter in output of PW-120M 12V DC/DC (200 Watt) and it give 5 VDC and 12 VDC.
Your help would be gratefull because I don't have any more ideas to try.Problems with PW-120M to start

Hi
I hade the same problem before, but after a long period of searching it ended with that i but some larger cabels for the 12v input to the pw-120m.
After that it works fine.
It seams that the computer used a bitt more power than a itx computer....
Try to use larger cabels and check every connection you have betwene the computer and the battery!

Thank you, Nicklas, for your answer. I tryed your solution and only can start the HD and the processor, but the operating system doesn't start and the monitor was frozen black. Only change the cables that feed the PW-120M? Should I do anything with the cables between PW-120M and the computer?
Thanks again for your help.
Regards
