Attaching 7" touchscreen in the dashboard...

They aren't mine but s.o. elses friend from this forum (I don't know if "Dieter" is a name, 'cause I'm not speaking german).. They are grom the gallery section. Now, my question.. Does anybody know how to do this attachment of the touchscreen into my dashboard? I am an owner of the same car and model of caurse... Any tutorial in english about this? How did he attach screen-radioCD-AC using 4 DINs when they are available only 3?? Does anyone know to help me? Thanx in advance!
