CarTFT 7" Touchscreen blurred picture

I have an cartft 7" touchscreen, and windows XP, I have very hard to see small thing at the screen, the picture is so blurred. Anyone who have the same problem? Do I need other drives for the screen? Maybe it is the solution? smallest in xp is 800x600, and the screen I think want 800x480? but I can`t choose 800x480.... I hope someone can help me... Best regard Baloo
